"Excellent service - fast and efficient. Michael was very helpful and informative and arrived on time for the appointment. We had reported noises in the loft which could have been rats or squirrels. Michael assessed the property and determined that the noises were caused by squirrels entering the roof space above a dormer window. He placed a ‘funnel’ to allow any remaining squirrels to escape but not return and then sealed all other points of entry around all five of our dormers. He has also set traps for squirrels in the garden (which he will dispose of when necessary) and advised us to cut back trees close to the property. A very reasonable price too. Highly recommended."

"I couldn’t have been more impressed with Michael. He was actually on his way home on a Friday afternoon when I called him and he came straight round!! He was professional, efficient and thorough looking for what turned out to be a rat problem! He has baited the loft spaces and left tracker dust as he was unable to locate the entry points. Second appointment already booked and if we locate any dead rodents he has said he will come over and get them to dispose of properly. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. On top of that a really nice, friendly chap."
